Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BidRover you agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use the service lawfully. Do not scrape, resell or overload the service, or try to access another organization's workspace.

Listings are copied from official public procurement sources and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the issuing buyer. BidRover does not replace the official solicitation. Always confirm requirements, amendments, deadlines and submission instructions in the official notice before responding. BidRover is not responsible for missed deadlines or bid outcomes.

Free accounts can browse public bids and keep a limited number of weekly email alerts. Paid workspaces are billed through Stripe after any trial shown at checkout and renew until canceled. You can cancel from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and features may change with notice.

You keep ownership of the documents, notes and profile information you add, and give BidRover permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to your organization.

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, BidRover's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and BidRover is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
