Stripe securely collects a payment method before the trial begins. You can use BidRover for 3 days, and the selected plan begins when the trial ends unless you cancel.
When does billing begin?+
Your first payment is collected when the three-day trial ends. Stripe shows the exact renewal total and billing date before you confirm.
Does every billing option include the same product?+
Yes. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing all include the complete BidRover Team workspace for one owner and two teammates. The only difference is the commitment and discount.
Is Rover Copilot included?+
Yes. Rover Copilot is included with every billing option. Each workspace can ask up to 180 questions per day, with a short-term limit of 12 questions per user every 10 minutes to keep the service responsive.
Can I cancel during the trial?+
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Billing is managed securely through Stripe.
What about taxes?+
Any applicable taxes are calculated from your billing details and shown in Stripe before you start the trial.
