Privacy Policy
This policy explains what BidRover collects, why, and who helps us process it.
What we collect.
Account details
Your name (optional), email address, company name (optional) and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Workspace content
Saved searches and alerts, business profile, opportunity notes, review decisions, team invitations and any documents your team uploads.
Billing
Stripe processes payments. BidRover stores subscription status and Stripe customer references, never card numbers.
Technical data
IP address, browser details and request logs needed for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use it.
To run your account and workspace, send the emails you ask for (verification, password reset, team invitations and bid alerts), process subscriptions, secure the service and improve it.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising. Public bid listings shown on BidRover come from official public sources, not from users.
Who processes it.
Cloudflare
Hosting, database (D1) and document storage (R2).
Stripe
Checkout, subscriptions and the billing portal.
Microsoft
Delivery of transactional and alert emails.
Optional Sign in with Google.
AI model providers
When you use Rover Copilot, the relevant opportunity context is sent to a model provider through OpenRouter to generate the answer.
Retention and your choices.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can remove alerts at any time, and delete your account from account settings or by emailing hello@bidrover.com. Billing records are kept as required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@bidrover.com.
