Senate Bill 1 Sea Level Rise Adaptation Grant Program – Track 1

Description

Track 1 of the SB 1 SLR Adaptation Grant Program supports jurisdiction-wide and regional sea level rise planning across California’s coast and San Francisco Bay. Projects advance consistent, comprehensive SLR Adaptation Plans, apply statewide criteria, incorporate equitable community-informed planning, and prepare jurisdictions for future adaptation implementation and funding. Track 1 of the SB 1 Sea Level Rise Adaptation Grant Program supports sea level rise (SLR) adaptation planning for jurisdictions at all stages of the planning process. Funding may support activities that contribute to or culminate in development of an SLR Adaptation Plan.
