The Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade Energy Efficiency Program’s (KTEP) goal is to provide zero-interest loans to Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade (K-12) schools in California for energy efficiency retrofits and renewable energy projects. Funds in this Program Opportunity Notice (PON) are made available by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Pub. L. No. 117-58, enacted on November 15, 2021[1].
