The CEA-LAT Grant Program supports community-based organizations that conduct outreach and education related to the Technology for Equipment and Clean Heating (TECH) Clean California initiative. Grant-funded activities help residents learn about building decarbonization, electrification technologies, healthy homes, and opportunities to access clean energy incentives. Who Can Apply?
