PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT NOTICE: Introduction Social Care Wales is exploring the development of a national Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Support Offer for local authorities across Wales. The aim is to establish a consistent, evidence-informed approach to MDT support that complements existing regional and local arrangements, strengthens organisational capability and supports service improvement across the Welsh social care system.
