Proposal submissions in response to the RFP must be sent via electronic mail ('The Proposal Submission Email') to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov (the 'RFP Submission Email Address'). The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Division of Instructional and Information Technology is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in and capable of providing comprehensive managed services for large scale payroll systems, which will result in high quality implementation of a new payroll system for the DOE. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. EST, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 . LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
