The mandatory pre-bid meetings are scheduled for: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Location: NYC H+H / Harlem, MLK Building, Lobby REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Technical questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Friday, June 19, 2026 by COB to shapirog1@nychhc.org. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NYC H+H PLA: All Bids shall be in accordance with the terms of the NYC Health and Hospitals (HHC) Project Labor Agreement. The awarded contractor will be required to execute and submit a Letter of Assent to NYC H+H. Certified Payroll: Beginning January 1, 2026, all certified payrolls for contracts bid on or after December 31, 2025 must be submitted
