with the goal to manage and administer the Town’s affordable housing portfolio of 27 units on behalf of the Town including but not limited to: - Tenant screening, lease management, and lease renewals for the affordable housing units; - Rent collection, arrears management, and regular financial reporting to the Town; - Maintenance coordination and capital planning for the housing portfolio; - Ensuring ongoing compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta) and all other applicable provincial legislation; - Coordinating social supports and referrals for tenants with complex needs, in cooperation with the Town’s Community Safety and Community Services department; - Reporting to the Town, through the Chief Administrative Officer, or designate, on a regular basis, as determined by the Town; and - Ensuring that, in the event of staff absence or turnover, the Proponent’s obligations un
