Hilltop Food Group operates a honey bottling/packaging line- at approximately 9,000 bottles per hour. The Contracting Authority requires the supply, delivery and installation of inspection, rejection and product-transfer equipment across these lines, comprising: 1. Fill-level/weight inspection: a non-contact fill-level or weight verification system (e.g. laser-based fill-height sensing, checkweighing, or equivalent technology) capable of detecting underfill and overfill conditions in line with UK Average Contents (Weights and Measures) legislation, integrated with the existing packaging line control and reject systems. 2a.
