YMCA Cardiff, a Registered Charity and Registered Social Landlord regulated by the Welsh Government, is seeking an experienced provider to deliver a fully outsourced finance function. The contract will encompass all aspects of financial management, accounting, regulatory compliance, audit support and financial reporting, ensuring the organisation maintains robust financial control, meets all statutory obligations and receives strategic financial support to inform decision-making.
