The New York City Office of Technology & Innovation ('OTI') and Mayor's Office of Operations ('Operations') invite submissions in response to this Request for Information ('RFI') to help determine the feasibility of leveraging emergent technology, particularly ground-scanning technologies, to build a more complete and accurate picture of built underground infrastructure in New York City.
