Description

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) requires professional services support to the Chief Innovation and Technology Office (CITO) to advance the modernization of the IRB’s current case management application ecosystem through the Digital Case Modernization (DCM) initiative. This support will enable the IRB to define, design, validate, and implement modern digital solutions that improve the sustainability, interoperability, security, and scalability of its case management capabilities. The DCM initiative is intended to address current limitations in the IRB case management environment.
