The Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced specialist Market and Interior Designer to support the redevelopment of the ground floor of the former Wilko store, 59–71 Holton Road, Barry, into a vibrant and commercially sustainable indoor market. The appointed Designer will lead the development of the specialist internal market environment, including market stall typologies and configurations, customer experience, materials and finishes, furniture, lighting, signage, wayfinding, accessibility, placemaking and overall market identity.
