Framework for Environmental & External Improvements

Description

The Council aims to invest in the external environment of its estates and to create safe, accessible and attractive environments for its tenants and residents.The total estimated annual contract value is £1,590,000 (plus VAT), and the Council is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to this framework agreement. It should be noted that the estimated value is indicative only, and may change dependant on demand and budget.The Contract period will be 2 years (starting 1st March 2027) with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.The works primarily involve: Courtyard Improvement Programmes, Boundary Improvements, Small Environmental Improvement Schemes, Fire Actions, Highways & Footway Improvements, Garage Site Improvements, Neighbourhood Regeneration Division Services (i.e., Alley Gating) and other related works / scheme(including but not limited to; defensible space, unadopted hig
