The CONTRACT boundary shall include the AUTHORITY boundaries for:A. Swansea CouncilB. Neath Port Talbot CouncilThe CONTRACT is referenced as 5 service areas:A. Traffic signals to include traffic signal junctions, toucan crossings, pelican crossings, puffin crossings and PEDEX crossings. For the purpose of this CONTRACT this Service Area shall be known as Traffic Signals.B. Automatic Rising bollards.C. Variable Message, Over-height Vehicle and Driver Information Signs.D. Electrical Testing & Periodic Inspection.E. Non-Routine and Planned WorksThe CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for locating the cause of all faults or errors and identifying these to the ENGINEER. The CONTRACTOR may also be required to liaise with other suppliers, at their own cost, to undertake a repair.
