Swansea Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of an Agency Staff Framework for Child & Family Services (Social Care).The Council is currently developing their Services Specification, contracting process and commercial model for the provision of a Framework Agreement and this notice contains information about a Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) which seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the services.Access to the MEQ can be requested and returned via email.
