Galeri Caernarfon invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of external walkways, balconies and associated spiral stair structures at Doc Victoria, Caernarfon. The works comprise the replacement and refurbishment of structural steelwork, hot-dip galvanising, protective coating works, associated fixings, testing, inspection and certification. The contractor will be responsible for survey, design verification where required, fabrication, supply, installation and completion of all associated works. The building will remain operational throughout the contract and contractors must demonstrate how disruption to tenants, visitors and building users will be minimised.
