Ynni Bro Rhian Cyfyngedig ("the Client") invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit competitive tenders for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of renewable energy generation and battery energy storage infrastructure at two agricultural sites within Pembrokeshire. The successful Contractor shall provide a complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solution capable of delivering the facilities described within this Invitation to Tender. The Client seeks a contractor able to provide an integrated solution covering design, procurement, installation, commissioning and ongoing technical support. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all proposed equipment is fully compatible and capable of operating as one integrated energy management system.
