Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2.The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). There are two Lots available, as defined below. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Lots; however, no Tenderer will be awarded more than one Lot. As part of the PSQ, Tenderers must identify their preferred Lot in the event that they are ranked as the successful Tenderer for both Lots.• Lot 1 69 Houses• Lot 2 27 Houses 10 Blocks of FlatsDuring the tender period there will be a broadcast through e-Tender Wales confirming two available dates and times where contractors will have the opportunity to visit site with the Project Management team.
