The North Wales Corporate Joint Committee, known as Ambition North Wales, leading on behalf of the six North Wales local authorities, are exploring opportunities to secure a delivery partner to establish and operate a regional collective purchasing scheme for domestic low-carbon technologies.Project HARP (Home Adoption of Renewables Programme) aims to help homeowners and other eligible residents, as well as SMEs and local community centres, purchase high-quality installations at cheaper competitive prices through a supported group-purchasing model. The scheme will support delivery of Local Area Energy Plans and wider regional and national decarbonisation objectives.The anticipated technology scope comprises:• Solar photovoltaic systems• Battery energy storage systems• Electric vehicle charging infrastructure• Associated equipment, warranties, customer support and aftercareThe North Wales
