This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Downtown Utilities Renewal Project – IPD Design Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The selected Prime Consultant will lead the team through the validation, detailed design, and execution phases for the purpose of providing prime consulting services to complete the design for Downtown Utilities Renewal Project that consists of potential sanitary, storm and water main upgrades.
