Description
The Centre for Ageing Better is seeking a contractor to lead the research, design, and development of age-friendly training products that will support customer facing organisations be more age-friendly. The Age-friendly Training project aims to improve the quality and uptake of age-friendly training across the UK, helping more staff in customer-facing settings to have the understanding and motivation to make services more accessible and inclusive for older people.
