Provision of Adult Carers and Young Carers Support Services. The Council are looking to procure Services that will continue to support and work with Adult Carers and Young Carers residing in South Lanarkshire to offer holistic, personalised support through an outcomes approach by offering a range of direct and indirect support. The Service will deliver a full spectrum of preventative approaches and supports to enable Adult Carers and Young Carers to achieve their outcomes and ensure their rights are met. This is an Open Tender including 2 Lots, with one supplier being awarded per Lot.
